The voice finalist covers lovely rendition of “grandpa (tell me about the good ol’ days)”

It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to make it to the final 24 on The Voice. You have to be one of the most talented singers that the judges and viewers have heard. Chevel Shepherd takes the stage to put her unique twist on “Grandpa (Tell Me About The Good Ol’ Days).”

Some of the nostalgic lyrics are “Grandpa, tell me about the good ol’ days. Sometimes it feels like this world’s gone crazy. And Grandpa, take me back to yesterday when the line between right and wrong don’t seem so hazy.”

There’s no denying that young Chevel has a lot of skill. She can sing like no one else and does so flawlessly. The Team Kelly hopeful belts out each line right on key, wearing a gorgeous floral dress.

The 16-year-old contestant stuck to her roots as she put a bit of country twang to “Grandpa (Tell Me About The Good Ol’ Days).” We can’t wait to see how far she’ll go, not only on the show but in the music world as well.
