With the assistance of his mother, he stepped onto the stage, and it was instantly clear how he was feeling. But as soon as he sat down to start playing, he changed irrevocably. ‘We discovered early on that he loved music. His mother said, ‘He listened, and his eyes just went huge!’ ‘When he started singing, I just started crying because I realized he’s an entertainer,’ she said.
‘He was able to endure life in this environment through performance since, as an autistic person, it can be really difficult to do what everyone else does.
