A contemporary dancer of 20 gives an emotional performance for his mother with cancer

Everyone makes decisions and takes acts for a cause, or a motivation. Regardless of whether it is self-serving or altruistic,

all actions and behaviors are motivated by something. This is especially true for contestants on programs like The Voice, American Idol, and America’s Got Talent.

Some candidates dream of becoming world famous and leaving a trail of fawning followers everywhere they go after their auditions and talent shows.

Others, expecting to win the cash prizes given by those programs, see dollar signs. However, some people

make the most of their time in the spotlight by helping others, as Donovyn Diaz, 26, was doing.

Donovyn revealed how he ended up dancing and auditioning on the America’s Got Talent stage during his exchange with Sofa Vergara.

I have a close relationship with his family, Donovyn stated. Actually, they’re the main reason I’m here right now.

Actually, my mother is fighting breast cancer. It’s OK. I’ve had it since I was two years old, and the reason

I’m here is so that she can say, ‘That’s my son; he’s doing something wonderful.’ When she sees me, I want her to say, ‘I raised a star.’

Following those brief seconds, Donovyn immediately resumed his routine. What followed was a stunning interpretive dance performance.

During his performance, Donovyn’s sincere gestures and beautiful motivational factor brought many audience members to tears.

The judges and the entire studio audience stood to applaud Donovyn after his heartfelt dancing performance.

The audition of the dancer, age 26, was praised by Sofia as ‘spectacular.’ Howie Mandel agreed entirely with Sofia’s evaluation.

It was lovely, Howie said. ‘It was modern and ballet. It was sporty.

The judges gave Donovyn’s interpretive dance performance four ‘yes’ votes, advancing the young guy to the next stage of the competition.
