This performance shows that Adam Lambert’s already great career is about to take off to new heights.
Lambert was a contestant on the eighth season of the popular television show “American Idol.” She came in second place.
“For Your Amusement,” his first studio record, did very well in the marketplace.
People started to see Lambert’s talent after his song “Whataya want from me” hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 list.
They learned to like his ideas, his sense of style, and the songs he liked.
Still, Lambert’s fame grew because Queen went on tour that same year and played at six different places.
Because of this, a lot of people learned about a brand-new story. After reading all of the great reviews and letters from fans about Lambert, the band decided that they should invite him to join the group for good.
Brian May, one of the band’s founders and original guitarists, said that he liked listening to the singer’s voice.
May compares the times he saw Mercury get better at what he did to the times he saw Lambert get better at what he did with his voice.
It was the highest compliment he had ever gotten in his whole life.
Cher was there to see Lambert’s amazing performance of her song “Believe,” which is one of her most well-known songs. She was one of the people who were surprised and amazed by the performance.
